Job Title: Class 1 HGV Driver

Location: Lockerbie

Salary: £35,000+

Job Description:

We are currently recruiting experienced Class 1 (C+E) HGV Drivers to work with a well-established client based in Lockerbie. Responsibilities:

• Safely operate Class 1 (C+E) vehicles in line with all road and safety regulations

• Complete deliveries and collections efficiently and on time

• Conduct daily vehicle checks and report any defects

• Maintain accurate records, including tachograph and delivery paperwork

• Deliver a professional and reliable service on behalf of the client

Requirements:

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence

• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card

• Previous HGV driving experience preferred

• Good knowledge of driver hours and regulations

• Flexible approach to work, including availability for weekend shifts

• Strong work ethic and reliability
