We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Part-Time Customer Service Administrator
to join a small team in Carlisle. As a vital part of the company, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support for a growing and successful family run business.
The core of the business is supplying domestic and commercial consumers with a variety of retail products and services. Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Assist in managing administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and office organisation.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Contribute to improving customer service procedures and policies.
Hours and Pay:
- Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in basic computer software and data entry.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
15 - 20 hours per week.
Flexible days available, so this job could work around you!£12 per hour.
Career progression with increasing hours available if you desire.
