Offering freshly prepared and locally sourced dishes in the Restaurant and Bar as well as servicing Weddings and Functions, this hotel accommodates your typical local clientele as well as the hotel guests, family and friends.
A warm and friendly environment to work, you can expect to be working alongside the Head Chef with support from Kitchen Porters. You will be involved in both the preparation and cooking of all sittings which include Breakfasts, Bar Meals, Evening Al A Carte and your typical Country Pub Food and will step in for the Head Chef on his days off.
Sunday Lunch and Afternoon Teas are well liked and seem to go down a treat with the locals!
Single room accommodation can be provided at no extra cost and support will be provided to source local accommodation if required.
Shift Pattern - 5 days over 7, split shifts to cover Breakfast and Lunch service and Evening Meals.
Salary will be dependant upon experience.
