We are currently recruiting for a Part Time Administrator to work for a growing factory based in Penrith, Working hours will be Monday - Friday 4 hours per day.
Scheduling collections with customers and hauliers
Inputting customer orders on to in-house computer system
Dealing with hauliers and FLT drivers
Requirements, skills, experience
Attention to detail is crucial for dealing with quantities and descriptions
Able to self-manage time to complete several different admin activities
Good interpersonal skills
Proactive and will take action before issues become problems
Must have previous admin experience
Training will be provided on in-house IT systems
Able to work under pressure
Team player and can work on own initiative
The hourly rate will be £9.63 per hour.
This role is temporary but will lead to permanent placement.
