We are looking to recruit a Temporary HR Advisor to work within a well established business in Workington to cover Maternity Leave.
This will be a generalist HR role, supporting the leadership team in delivering HR services on a full time basis.
The ideal candidate will:
- Be CIPD qualified or equivalent
- Have a working knowledge of employment law and applying people policies in a fast paced environment
- Be tech savvy with the ability to operate across a multitude of software and systems
- Experience of change management (e.g. redundancies)
- Be able to facilitate training and recruitment processes
Salary will be dependant upon experience.
