  4. All forms of harassment against or by an employee, associate, consultant, sub contractor, temporary worker or client will be dealt with promptly, firmly and sensitively.
  5. No action will be taken without first contacting the person being harassed. Where required we will support and protect the victim. Where the perpetrator is known and is an employee or other within the firm, the firm will take appropriate action. Where such a person is not known steps will betaken and ascertain such person or persons.
  6. Where required this firm will provide training to ensure that a member of staff will be able to progress in their respective career. This is to include all staff in the promotion of equality of opportunity and racial and sexual equality.
  7. Will ensure that no material used in the promotion of the firms activities do not by their nature unfairly discriminate against any one group or individual nor promote any one stereotype.
  8. In assessing training, development and assessment needs, individuals of a particular racial or sexual group will not be denied access.
  9. Data pertaining to training will be maintained in such a manner to ensure that analysis of the results can lead, when so required, to positive change in policy and procedure.

Situated on Warwick Road Carlisle, Riverside Recruitment is clearly sign posted and is situated on the right as you enter the city.

From the South

Rail - The main West Coast line runs through Carlisle. London is only four hours, Glasgow less than two. A sleeper service is available from Carlisle.
Air - Newcastle Airport is an hour away, and transfers can easily be arranged. Carlisle has it own private airport facilities only 5 miles away.
Bus – Frequent bus services operate from Carlisle -  timetable
