My client is looking for a Knitwear Technologist - Salary circa 20k
Permanent role within a leading retail group - based in Langholm
The succesfull candidate will be responsible for:
Create technical product specifications for issue to the supply base
Assess and report on quality and acceptability of product samples through the company sealing procedures for
procurement of merchandise.
Participate in the pre-production process in conjunction with the suppliers, where required
Maintain sample storage room with record of samples held in their respective areas
Engineer quality in to the product range
Organise and assess wearer trials on new and / or existing product
