Our client, with a turnover in excess of £800 million, is looking for a resourcer in their Carlisle operation, to help attract and retain staff to their business and increase the headcount. In addition, you will support the digital marketing strategy for the business to help improve the brand and raise awareness.
The duties for this role include the following:
Supporting in the attraction of key roles to the business.
Creating and writing job adverts.
Capturing candidate data and measuring the success of campaigns.
Develop the social media platform and project manage this strategy
Building a database of suitable candidates
