Riverside Recruitment are looking to recruit a Transport Administrator on behalf of our client in the Kirkby Thore area.

This is initally a temporary contract with permanent employment offered to suitable candidates.

We are looking for proactive and motivated individuals who are confident in speaking to the general public and have a high level of customer service. You must have good written and verbal skills and experience using Microsoft Office and Outlook.

The role will involve:

  • Liaising with drivers
  • Managine client enquiries
  • Allocating work and scheduling rotas
  • Managing bookings, placing bookings and general data input
  • Answering the phones and managing email enquiries

The standard working hours for this position are 40 hours per week with shifts varying to meet the company demands.
