Riverside Recruitment are looking to hire a Admin Assistant for an industry-leading manufacturing company based near Carlisle. This is a temporary position with an immediate start.
£9.00 per hour
Typical working hours will be 9.00am – 5.00pm
Role and Responsibilities:
- Collating of information from our client's internal database
- Data input and uploading component data onto systems
- Preparing excel spreadsheets
- Liaising with departments across the organisation on behalf of the Engineering Department
- Communicating with customers, both internal and external
Applicants must have good communication skills, both verbal and written and have excellent attention to detail. You will need to have a good understanding of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook for this position.
Applicants must have their own transport and driving licence due to our client’s remote location.
