Chef required for Busy Country Hotel near Cockermouth on a temporary basis.
This is a temporary position and would suit either a Chef de Partie, Sous Chef or 2nd Chef.
Hours will vary between 6/7 hour per day to 12 hour days and will include all bank holidays - Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day. The ideal candidate must be available to cover all working days, on a rota, between 13th December 2019 and 3rd January 2020.
Live in accommodation provided in the hotel - private ensuite room. Food will also be provided.
Rate of pay will be dependant on experience and days of work (higher rates for Bank Holidays).
Food: Typical country pub kitchen, working alongside the Head Chef and 4 other Kitchen staff/chefs. Baking experience would be an advantage but not essential.
