A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sous Chef to work within a group of hotels based in the Lake District.
The group consists of numerous hotels and restaurants with a range of locally produced cuisine from traditional English Dishes to Bistro Style, Steak House, Pizza House and Al a Carte Menus.
Boasting Rosette standard and Pan-Asian kitchens amongst the group, should you be experienced within this standard of cooking, you will be expected to assist in these establishments too.
If you are a chef looking to explore a variety of eateries and are capable of being adaptable at short notice, then this permanent role could be just for you.
Hours of work will vary according to business needs, however you will be guaranteed full time working hours.
Salary will be dependant upon experience.
