We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruitment professional, HR Administrator or Coordinator to join a well established training organisation.

You will be tasked with managing the recruitment process for both candidates and clients specifically for apprentices. This will include:

  • Attending client meetings
  • Liaising with employers to ascertain their recruitment process
  • Organising and arranging interviews
  • Delivering inductions
  • School engagement activities

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the recruitment process, have previous experience of working within a similar environment and be highly organised.

This is a challenging and busy role - it is essential you have your own transport.

Full time hours Monday to Friday
