Experienced 2nd Chef required for busy Country House Hotel on the outskirts of Cockermouth.
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of your own shifts whilst standing in for the head chef in their absence.
You will be tasked with working on breakfast, lunch and dinner service whilst servicing weddings and functions within this well established hotel. The menu consists of typical English Pub Dishes, Sunday Roasts, Afternoon Teas and Buffets all created with locally sourced produce.
The successful candidate will be mindful of all health & safety, food hygiene, COSH and manual handling as well as staff development.
Due to the location, it is preferred that you have your own transport.
Working Hours: Full Time (5 days over 7)
