We are looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to be responsible and accountable for all food, banqueting and bar provisions within an award winning Lake District hotel.
You will provide leadership, motivation and guidance to enable high levels of commitment and customer service whilst maximising sales across all food and beverage products and areas through the development of a “sales & service culture”.
The ideal candidate will be conversant with controlling and managing all costs, particularly wages, working replacements and beverage cost of sales in accordance with budget and have the ability to fine tune service areas, training and development across the team.
We are looking for passionate individuals with a proven track record of working in a similar business (Restaurant, Weddings, Conferencing and Banqueting).
You should have experience in building and motivating a team, with the ability to nurture talent along with a strong customer service focus.
It is essential that you are flexible in your working hours to accommodate events and conferences whilst ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety.
You will have some degree of numeracy enabling immediate understanding and calculation of financial impact of decisions made.
