We're looking for a Senior Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef to join a team of innovative new, specially selected team, with a unique approach to the preparation and presentation of food.
Working across two top of the range new kitchens within an visionary new hotel experience-based hotel in the heart of the lakes, you will be responsible for preparing, cooking and presenting a range of fusion dishes with a twist.
Ideally you should have a proven track record of providing quality dishes within a prestigious hotel, with a good knowledge of ingredients and a creative approach to food preparation however our client would be willing to provide training for the right candidate.

You will be working straight shifts with a standard 45 hour working week.
